COVID Protcol for the 2020 Tax Season
We are conforming to strict COVID protocols sanitizing our office thoroughly each morning and routinely after each client leaves to make you and our staff are as safe as possible when you enter our office. We are limiting the number of clients in the office at any one time to 2 per preparer desk, 1 at the front desk and 3 in the lobby based on public health guidelines, unfortunately our restroom is closed to the public. Face coverings are required as is the signing of a release of COVID liability waiver for all that enter the office, thank you for understanding.
Tax Season hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30am – 8:30pm
Saturday 7:30am – 7:30pm
Sunday 9:00am – 2:00pm
Our preferred method to save you time and keep us all healthy is to use our secure file portal or drop off your forms at the office in advance of any appointments. IRS isn’t officially accepting returns until February 12th but we can complete your return and file now with our software company so when IRS opens the tax season yours will be ready and waiting for acceptance. Returns with Earned income Credits, Child Tax Credits, and AOTC wont start funding until the first week of March this year.
Option 1: Request a Secure File Pro link, upload documents to our secure portal (For new clients it requires your name, social security number and birthdate to open.)
Option 2: Email us your docs by scanning them into your computer or uploading pictures. Less secure than option 1 but many of you chose this route.
Option 3: Drop off your docs at our office, we also have a mail slot in our door if its after hours (Please include your name, phone number and email address on outside of the envelope.

Option 5: *Fax docs to 714 528-9846
If you wish to be set up in Secure File Pro please email Scott: TLCActionTaxScott@gmail.com or call the office and we will get you set up with a link that you sign in to and upload all your documents and photo identification into our Secure File Pro program, this is the safest and most effective method. We will include a Customer Data Sheet for you to complete and return in the portal. This simple convenient system can be accessed from your computer or mobile device. It allows you to download your Completed Tax Return, Pay Prep Fees, Esign Documents, and Send Messages to your Preparer.
If you have any additional questions that need to be discussed they can be answered via phone or email. You can then follow up with your appointment to review and finalize or as many of you already do we can finalize via email and you can electronically sign, get your copies, and pay your tax preparation fees electronically from your computer or phone.
